Is it really free?

Do I need an account?
No. Open the page, fill in your details and download your invoice.
Where is my data stored?
Everything you type is saved locally in your browser only. Use “Export backup” to move it to another machine or share a starting point with a colleague.
How does AI drafting work?
Paste your own Anthropic API key in Settings. The description you type is sent to Claude, which returns line items, client details, tax and terms that fill the form. Nothing else leaves your device.
How does sign-in work?
Enter your work email and we send a one-time sign-in link — no password. Everyone who signs in with the same email domain (say, @yourcompany.com) lands in the same workspace and shares its businesses, clients and invoices. Personal addresses like Gmail get a private workspace.
Can I move my local data into the team workspace?
Yes. The first time you sign in to an empty workspace, the app offers to copy what is saved in this browser. You can also use Export backup and Import at any time.
Can I invoice from more than one business?
Yes. Each business is a profile with its own name, logo, address, bank details and invoice numbering. Switch with the dropdown under “From”.
Can I use it for quotes or receipts?
Yes. Pick Quote, Estimate or Receipt as the document type and the labels change accordingly.
What do I get when I download?
A clean A4 PDF with your logo, line items, tax breakdown and payment details. Download opens the print dialog — choose “Save as PDF”.
Does it calculate tax automatically?
Yes. Enter your rate (GST, VAT, sales tax) and the total updates live. Discounts apply before tax; shipping is added after.
